This degree program will allow students to have the necessary foundation to apply accounting skills and principles in the industry. Students are offered vital accounting courses including auditing, tax and cost accounting that will enable them to attain more advanced careers in business and accounting areas. These careers may include becoming a bookkeeper, office accountant, tax preparer, accounts payable clerk or payroll supervisor. Students are advised that this program does not qualify one to sit for the CPA exam.
