Customer Service
The number and types of companies that employ trained customer service reps is staggering. Whether the representative works directly for the company he/she is representing, or works for a “third party” customer service organization representing many different companies, customer service reps are vital to the health and growth of any business that deals with the public. Customer service personnel act as the direct point of contact between the company and its clients. They take and process orders, solve problems, make suggestions and resolve complaints. In some cases, Customer service reps also function as technical reps, providing guidance in helping the customer understand new products or installing new software, etc. etc. |
