I WANT TO KNOW MORE

School of Information Technology

There can be little doubt of the effect of information technology in almost everything we do today. Whether it is the effect on business, health and medicine, science, banking, retail sales, entertainment, or virtually anything else, if you are living in America today, or almost any other part of the world, information and technology are creating change, speeding up the way we do things, and creating millions of jobs.

The increasing dependence of business and individuals on computers will continue to create new jobs for people in all phases of industry. According to the US Government Bureau of Labor Statistics, "Computers are critical to most businesses today and will become even more so as companies increasingly engage in electronic commerce, and as individuals continue to bank, shop, and bill bills online."

While jobs in many areas of information technology can be out-sourced to workers n other countries, Florida Career College focuses on those that require "in-the-office" presence, such as Computer Repair Technician (Diploma), Computer Network Technician (Diploma), Computer Network Engineer (AS), and Management Information Systems (BS).

Florida Career College has selected these programs specifically to meet today's demands, and with the hands-on training you get from experienced instructors who really care, you get an education that employers value. If you haven't done so yet, make an appointment to visit one of our campuses so you can see the excellent, modern facilities and dynamic learning atmosphere we provide. You'll soon discover why we are known as "The College That Cares."
