Sohini’s journey with us is a perfect example that sometimes the best person for a new job is the rockstar you already have in your team. She joined our ranks in March 2021 as a Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS), clearing multiple rounds of rigorous interviews. Within a few months of her joining CPR, our leadership was sure that Sohini's true strength was in her ability to connect with people, build rock-solid relationships and demonstrate amazing attention to detail/follow-through. Her charming personality coupled with her staunch professionalism made her an ideal candidate for a client-facing role.
