The custom electronic proposal system made for AHS was a project that took several months of concerted effort to complete. The process included various levels of understanding, engagement from our VP and time – given by both the companies. It was detailed and built to be a lasting solution. Other features of the custom proposal template include: 

  • Access and quick creation anywhere as long as there is internet connectivity. 
  • Pre-existing design and verbiage in a modular format that can be quickly assembled into a proposal. 
  • Easy editing of verbiage and cost structures and the ability to add notes and comments. 
  • Delivery via electronic means, both via email and browser based. 
  • Synced to have print functionalities and digital signature. 
  • One time upfront costs (where the client owns all the intellectual property rights) thereby avoiding having to pay endless monthly subscriptions and ever-growing user fees for increased/ multiple users.
