End Of Year Audits Help Our Client’s Stay Ahead Of The Curve

End of Year (EOY) Audits have become a Q4 staple at Consult PR over the past few years. EOY Audits are how we maximize and streamline our clients’ initiatives to follow the most recent best practices. Think of it this way, you do an annual checkup with your doctor to assess where your health currently is and to receive advice on how you can maintain that health with proactive measures. In this instance, Consult PR is the doctor, our clients are the patients and we are using EOY audits to assess the health of their digital marketing, custom software, website or phone app, and make recommendations on how to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve and their competitors. 

Things change very quickly in the digital world, and not everything that comes out will be successful for you and your unique circumstance. That is why we’re here, we are your guide. We leave our EOY audits for the last quarter so that we can use the first nine months of the year to thoroughly accumulate data and beta-test the industry advancements that we are recommending. Getting back to our doctor analogy, you would trust that your doctor isn’t going to recommend random, experimental drugs to you. Rather, they should prescribe medicines that are thoroughly tested, FDA approved, and effective. In the same way, we are undertaking the necessary thought, time and testing required to ensure we make solid recommendations.

Consult PR has an entire Research and Development department dedicated to tracking, researching, testing these new industry developments. Our experienced R&D team and the activities performed during the year allows us to tailor each EOY audit to each and every client’s unique needs. We only recommend upgrades and initiatives that make sense for a client based on their goals, target market, etc. In other words, this is not a cookie cutter process and when we present EOY findings, rest assured they are exactly what makes sense for your business.

While we think it's important for our clients to be able to modify their programs to achieve the best results, we also understand that unknown/ variable lump sum expenditures can be difficult to budget for. We do this activity in Q4 to coincide with budget planning for the new year. Occasionally clients prefer to pay in full at the time of recommendation (even before the new year) to have the expense offset terrifically profitable years (and count against the current year). That said, we front-load all the work required so that our clients can immediately start benefiting. For clients that prefer a monthly installment plan, payments can be split over the next 12 months, presently with 0% interest, even considering most of the work is completely implemented in Q1 of the new year.
