The Digital WOW, powered by ConsultPR.net, knows we will be as good or as great as our people take us. Santosh Kaur Rana, our HR Director, is integral in this equation and recently celebrated five years with the firm.

Santosh initially came to the firm in a different role than she is in today. She took a little bit of a winding path before finding a solid place within our organization as our HR Director, and over time has become a major contributor to the firm’s progress and its objectives. It is fair to say that Santosh has been personally involved with the hiring of the majority of our staff and works very closely with our CFO — a relationship that has been central to how our firm continues to operate and grow.

One of the brightest spots, and one of the most unusual attributes of Santosh is that, unlike most HR directors, where  employees are usually terrified of getting a call from HR, Santosh elicits the exact opposite reaction. She is both well liked and well respected, a remarkable combination. She always finds a positive way to cover whatever points need to be covered. Santosh is a super creative person when it comes to doing things that can improve company morale and boost employee productivity (thanks to her emphasis on increasing team happiness).
